Choice of shipping methods include UPS Ground and UPS Second Day Air.
For Second Day Shipping, orders must be received by 2PM Central Standard Time to ensure shipment. Returns will not be permitted on international orders.

Returns
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any full priced item, we will gladly return it for store credit or exchange minus the shipping, handling or other charges. All full priced item returns must follow the guidelines set in the Return/Exchange Instructions (below), provided we receive it within 14 calendar days of date of purchase. All items must be in good condition with original tags attached. Please let us know the reason for your return/exchange so we can serve you better in the future. This 14-day policy only applies to full priced items. Sale items are non-returnable.
Final Sale
No returns or exchanges will be accepted on Sale Merchandise. All books, swimwear, silver, ceremony wear and plush toys are final sale.
Special Orders: Items from special orders cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions.
How to Make a Return
If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your selection, please return the unused item in its original packaging within 14 days for an exchange or return for store credit.
For your convenience, we will email you a pre-paid UPS return label. If you choose to return your purchase, please call 1-800-PICK-UPS to schedule a free pick up or drop your package off at a UPS location. Please make sure to retain a tracking number for your records. If you choose this return method, a processing fee of $10 will be deducted from your credit.
Odile will not except any returns after 14 days from the purchase date.
