If you choose the Second Day Air option, your order must be received by 2pm Central Standard Time to ensure shipment delivery. Please note, unfortunately at this time, shipments cannot be sent to P.O.Boxes.

International Shipping
All international orders are fulfilled by our third-party partner, International Checkout. International Checkout will seamlessly manage the entire ordering process for international customers, as well as provide shipping options.

The Odile Return Policy
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any full priced item, we will gladly return it for store credit or exchange minus the shipping, handling or other charges. All full priced item returns must follow the guidelines set in the Return/Exchange Instructions (below), provided we receive it within 14 calendar days of date of purchase. All items must be in good condition with original tags attached. Please let us know the reason for your return/exchange so we can serve you better in the future. This 14-day policy only applies to full priced items. Sale items are non-returnable.
Final Sale Exclusions
No returns or exchanges will be accepted on sale merchandise, books, swimwear, silver, ceremony wear, plush toys, special orders and international shipments are final sale. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any of the items listed above, without exception.
How to Make a Return
If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your selection, please return the unused item in its original packaging within 14 days for an exchange or return for store credit.
Odile will not except any returns after 14 days from the purchase date.
